Yannick Candin is an artist from and living on Reunion Island. Having grown up on this tropical island, his interest in its colors, shapes and more generally the natural manifestations that these island landscapes can offer continues to grow in him. After studying design and fine arts in Paris.
He returned to his native island where he continued to explore new media in order to enrich his personal artistic creation, but also through various collaborative projects. His fascination since childhood for natural forces has forged his curiosity and is more than ever reflected in his current artistic practice.
